Our second annual conference in Cebu was attended by 20 delegates from 14 firms. This year’s conference highlighted the importance of getting the most from outsourcing – giving tips on the most effective back office you can run – as well as handling security for client information and IT integration. Apart from these, delegates were given time to spend with their team members here in Cebu where they are able to experience our unique VBP culture

Our second annual conference in Cebu was attended by 20 delegates from 14 firms. This year’s conference highlighted the importance of getting the most from outsourcing – giving tips on the most effective back office you can run – as well as handling security for client information and IT integration. Apart from these, delegates were given time to spend with their team members here in Cebu where they are able to experience our unique VBP culture.
The balance of session content, free time with our team and social activities was spot on. Keeping the group to only around 20+ enabled everyone to spend time with each other to gain insights and ideas from other practices. We have all come back energized and keen to implement new processes, and with clarity around what more can be off-shored.”

In August 2017, we hosted our first annual conference in Cebu, Philippines. The conference was attended by practice principals and office managers. The conference provided a mix of time spent with staff and networking with like-minded businesses. We presented a series of presentation designed to help firms to improve efficiencies
Well designed conference and study tour with an emphasis on practitioner and business process. The conference gave me a better understanding of VBP, its teams, and their capabilities as well as providing us a better look at the cultural aspects of the country. Needless to say, meeting our team members face 2 face also had an enormous impact.
