The purpose of this training is for the CSR to learn how insurance application forms are prepared.
This training session covers the following:
- Identifying existing insurance policies of clients and identifying if they are to be cancelled or not.
- Understanding the quotes prepared and how the details should be entered in the application form.
- Identifying the other online and paper forms to prepare depending on the insurance ownership, i.e. enduring rollover authority, direct debit forms, etc.

- refresh previous learnings about insurance ensuring they are retained and kept current
- increase awareness and mindfulness of the insurance needs analysis
- learn the basics of creating insurance quotes using various quoting softwares – AMP Elevate, BT, Zurich & MLC
At the end of this session, FPAs are able to:
- Understand and familiarise the Insurance Needs Analysis section of the Fact Find
- Prepare insurance quotes for clients (Stand alone, Linked, Flexi Link)
