NEIL’s productivity was fantastic and soon we’ll be over the FDS hump. That will mean at best we’ll only need to do 2-3 per day which will free up time to train you up in other tasks. Whilst it has only been a relative short period of time, we’d be lost without you!

The last 3 months have been great and JAI has really made a big difference to my business. Jai's pro-activity and task turnaround time has been excellent. There are a couple of highlights :

1) the remuneration form for Samuel Ward. Initially MLC would not accept the form however I asked for the managers name so I could call them and instead Jai took the initiative to call the manager/team leader herself and sort it all out for me meaning MLC would start paying me for the client and I would not have to go back to the client to complete forms again. It saved me a lot of time.

2) the dictations are very good

3) the quotes Jai completed for Narinder Jessy were great as they have given me a good snapshot of what each provider is charging and saved me a huge amount of time in research.

RJ has been great overall for the past week especially that the Lending tasks I have been giving him was quite tough in terms of finding information esp with the older client files. The good thing with him is he asks clear and straightforward questions and once he gets the answer, he can finish it seamlessly.

We can rely on him to carry on tasks even if we are out of the office sometimes. I've been very happy with all that he has been doing for us. His communication skill is top-notch!
